Subsurface's own XML logbook
Subsurface saves its logbook in its own XML format rather than UDDF. It holds everything Subsurface knows about a dive, which is a lot, and is meant for Subsurface to read back.
Turn a Subsurface XML file into something you can import
Open the .ssrf file in Subsurface, which is free, open source and reads it.
Use File and Export, and choose UDDF.
Move the UDDF to your phone and import it in SeaLog under the plus button, Import dives, UDDF file.
