DL7 is the DAN Diver Safety Laboratory's exchange format, used by research projects and by some manufacturers' software when it exports for DAN.

Turn a DL7 file into something you can import
Open the .dl7 file in Subsurface, which is free, open source and reads it.
Use File and Export, and choose UDDF.
Move the UDDF to your phone and import it in SeaLog under the plus button, Import dives, UDDF file.
