Import a CSV of dives
A CSV is a spreadsheet of dives: one row each, with columns for date, depth, duration and whatever else the exporting app decided to include. It is the lowest common denominator, which makes it useful when nothing better is on offer and disappointing when something better was.
Import a CSV file into SeaLog
Get the file onto your phone. AirDrop, iCloud Drive or email all work, anything that puts it in the iOS Files app.
In SeaLog, tap the plus button, then Import dives, then CSV file.
Pick the file. Dives arrive with everything the format carries, and anything already in your logbook is skipped rather than duplicated.

Questions
Why is my profile missing after a CSV import?
Because it was never in the file. A CSV row has no room for a depth curve. If the source app can also write UDDF, use that instead and you keep the profile.
What columns does SeaLog need?
A date and a maximum depth are enough to make a dive real. Duration, temperature, site and gas are used when they are present and left blank when they are not.
