How to import dives from a Oceanic dive computer

• TWO SOFTWARE FAMILIES, ONE BRAND. DiverLog+ (mobile, Bluetooth) covers only Geo 4.0, ProPlus 4.0, ProPlus X and Veo 4.0. Everything older is cable-only and served by OceanLog (Windows) or DiverLog (Mac/Windows). There is no single app that covers the whole Oceanic range.
• DIVERLOG FOR MAC IS GONE. Both oceanicworldwide.com and ediverlog.com still link to the Mac App Store for DiverLog Lite (id540107482) and DiverLog Full (id555322971). Both listings now return 404 and the iTunes lookup API returns zero results, so the links are dead. DiverLog Full is additionally marked Discontinued on the vendor's own page. Mac owners of Atom / Geo 2 / OC1 / OCi / VEO / VT / VTX computers have no official download path left. Because these links are broken we deliberately did not include them below.
• OCEANLOG IS FROZEN. Its own release notes PDF ends at version 2.4.9, dated 12 June 2015. It is Windows-only, ships as a 29 MB zip, and its firmware table lists computers whose newest entry is from 2014. It still installs and is still the only free Oceanic-branded desktop tool, but expect no fixes and no support for anything newer than the VTX/ProPlus 3 era.
• THE OCEANLOG 1.X DRIVER LINK IS BROKEN. The software page offers an Atom_USB_1.0.4_Full.zip download for OceanLog 1.X / Atom 1.0. It returns 404. Atom 1.0 owners are effectively stranded on the official channel.
• DIVERLOG FOR WINDOWS IS HALF-DEAD. The Lite installer still downloads (109 MB) and is enough to read dives off the computer, but the Full version, which is the one that does multi-format import/export and DiveCloud sync, is marked Discontinued and can no longer be purchased. Existing buyers can still retrieve a licence key from the vendor's licence page.
• DRIVER SPLIT IS MODEL-SPECIFIC ON WINDOWS. Installing the wrong one is the most common failure. FTDI CDM is for VTX and ProPlus X (plus the sibling-brand i750TC, i770R and SAGE). Every other Oceanic model wants the 2002 Design USB Download Interface installer. On macOS all models use the FTDI driver.
• DIVERLOG AND DIVERLOG+ ARE NOT OCEANIC SOFTWARE. They are made by Pelagic Pressure Systems and cover Aqua Lung, Aeris, Sherwood, Hollis, Genesis, Tusa, Beuchat and others alongside Oceanic. The Oceanic model lists cited here are the Oceanic subset of a much longer compatibility table.
• MANUALS MOVED TO THE PARENT COMPANY. Oceanic's own site no longer hosts a manuals section. Every product manual now sits on huishoutdoors.com under an Oceanic user-manuals hub.
• BOT PROTECTION. oceanicworldwide.com and huishoutdoors.com both sit behind Cloudflare and return 403 to plain command-line requests, including on the Oceanic homepage. The pages load normally in a real browser. If you script link-checking against these two hosts you will get false negatives; the PDFs and the OceanLog zip themselves are reachable.
• OCEANIC+ IS A DIFFERENT PRODUCT ENTIRELY. The Oceanic+ app is for Apple Watch Ultra / Series 10 and above and the standalone Oceanic+ Dive Computer. It does not read dives off any cable- or DiverLog-era Oceanic hardware, and parts of it sit behind a subscription.
• DIVECLOUD IS THE ONLY OFFICIAL SYNC BRIDGE and it requires an account. It is still live (copyright notice reads 2026) and is how DiverLog on desktop and DiverLog+ on mobile share a log.
• BEST ESCAPE HATCH FOR OLD LOGS: OceanLog exports to DL7 (the DAN standard), which is the cleanest vendor-supported way to get a legacy Oceanic log out of the Oceanic ecosystem and into anything else.
