How to import dives from a Beuchat dive computer

No Beuchat model in the catalog has a radio, so every transfer goes through a cable and a file. Pick your exact model below for the steps that apply to it.

Beuchat models that need a cable

An iPhone cannot open a serial or USB connection to a dive computer. These go through a Mac or PC once, then into SeaLog as a UDDF file.

Beuchat downloads, drivers and manuals

The company is alive and trading, but it has quit the dive-computer business: no computers in the catalogue, and no support, downloads or software section anywhere on the current site.

Worth knowing

  • BCI was Windows-only. Despite the manual's 'PC/Mac interface' wording, Mac owners were steered towards the Pelagic DiverLog app, which has itself since been withdrawn from the App Store.
  • Beuchat's Mundial 2, Mundial 3 and Voyager 2G were built by Pelagic Pressure Systems, libdivecomputer classes all three in the Oceanic Atom2 family, the same platform as Oceanic, Aeris, Hollis and TUSA. That is why the download cable is the common Pelagic USB one.
  • Because of the shared Pelagic platform, Subsurface and MacDive still download Mundial 2, Mundial 3 and Voyager 2G today. That is the realistic path for a Beuchat owner.

One logbook for all of it

SeaLog keeps every dive in one place whichever computer it came from, with the depth profile intact, and exports back out to UDDF whenever you want it.
